Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you chose.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $20.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, feel free to reach out, we’ll do our best to help.

Products & Sizing

What kind of shirts do you use?
We use high-quality, soft, and comfortable tees that are made to last. Our goal is simple... shirts you’ll actually want to and can wear again and again.

How do your shirts fit?
Most of our shirts are unisex and have a relaxed, true-to-size fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. For an oversized feel, size up.

Do you have a size chart?
Yes! You can find a size chart on each product page to help you choose the best fit.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Midwest Kind Co. offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Read our full Refund Policy here.

What makes Midwest Kind Co. different?
We’re a small, family-run brand inspired by Midwest values (kindness, honesty, and hard work). Every design is created with intention, and many are things we personally wanted but couldn’t find.

Where are you based?
We’re originally from Wisconsin and recently returned to the U.S. after many years living abroad. Midwest Kind Co. is rooted in that experience and those values.

Can I submit a t-shirt idea?
Yes, please do! Some of our best ideas come from our community.

Who owns the design if I submit an idea?
By submitting an idea, you agree that Midwest Kind Co. may use, modify, and sell that idea without restriction or additional compensation beyond the free shirt if your idea is selected.
